We have a strict no refunds, cancelations, returns or exchanges policy. We will not be held liable for incorrect sizes purchased or after care of our merchandise. The size guide is a reference and standard South African sizes are used. If you receive a broken mug or damaged product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. You will be refunded for the cost of the broken/damaged item. Picture proof will be required.

As a result of this unfortunate event, there may be delays in the delivery of your packages.
